Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original packaging intact. You'll also need proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at hello@vitalign.co and we'll provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@vitalign.co so we can make it right. We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items only.

Exceptions The following items cannot be returned: electronic wellness devices that have been used, items not in original packaging, and sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union Orders If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@vitalign.co.
